We want you to be completely happy and love your new purchase from us. If for any reason you need to return the item, we can offer an exchange or refund on all full priced clothing. Please visit our returns page here for more information. You will however have to cover the return shipping costs yourself unless of course the item is damaged or faulty. In this instance, we ask that you contact us via sales@fudegifts.com.au and advise of any faults/damaged products within 7 days of receiving the item. 

All returns/exchanges are processed through our online portal here. Once we have received your return safe and sound at our warehouse, we will then issue your exchange, store credit or refund via our website using the same method of payment that you used to place the original order.

Please understand that at this stage we cannot cover the costs of return shipping and do not offer refunds or exchanges on clearance items.
